1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Lossless8K.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We facilitate account linking (Facebook/Google) to allow for a unified experience across your devices.

3. Content Storage and Deletion Policy

To optimize system performance, we implement an automated lifecycle for user-uploaded media (images/MP3s):

• Active Status: Files associated with at least one active Playlist are preserved.
• Deletion Queue: Files not used in any Playlist for 3 months are moved to a deletion queue.
• Grace Period: You will receive email notifications every 10 days for a 45-day period before files are permanently deleted.

4. Playlist Management

Users may create up to 100 playlists. Shared or public playlists are subject to community guidelines. You may "clone" or "replicate" public playlists to your personal library for individual customization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lossless8K is not responsible for data loss resulting from failure to maintain active playlist associations as described in our Deletion Policy. We provide "as-is" services for high-fidelity audio/visual experiences.
